Tonight the Boston College men’s' ice hockey team travels to Umass Lowell to finish the season series with the River hawks. BC is 2-0 vs. Lowell this year winning both games by a scores of 5-2 and 5-3 Since 2005, BC is 4-3-1 @ Lowell's Tsongas arena. The two teams played last Saturday at Conte Forum with the Eagles needing a comeback to beat the River hawks 5-3. Lowell is in last place in Hockey East with a 3-15 record in league and a 4-19-2 overall. Yes Lowell is having an off year, but Coach Jerry York called Lowell the best 3 win team he has ever seen in Hockey East. Some players to watch on Lowell are SO. Riley Wetmore, JR. Matt Ferreira, and SR. Pat Cey. Lowell's biggest strength is probably their goaltending, last week goalie Marc Boulanger made 44 stops vs. the Eagles high-powered attack. In goal tonight for BC will be John Muse, who is 1-0 vs. Lowell this year. The lines for BC will be as followed.
