I hope everybody had a fun and safe 4th of July. Hockey season is approaching day by day.
Here are the Eagles that are participating at NHL Evaluation Camps this week. The list could change but I wouldn't expect it to.

Washington Capitals- Zach Sanford and Patrick Wey
Toronto Maple Leafs- Teddy Doherty
New Jersey Devils- Steven Santini
Montreal Canadians- Colin Sullivan
San Jose Sharks- Isaac Macleod
In other news, goalie Brad Barone will redshirt a year so he will be a sophomore this upcoming season. I don't think it would be out of this world for him to compete for some time this year. If he improves his game over the summer, then he should see some ice.
BC's game @ UMass has been rescheduled from 11/16 to 11/14 (a Thursday) due to some conflicts with UMass football. Who the heck wants to go to Amherst on a Thursday night.
It was reported earlier this week that BC is looking for a volunteer assistant coach. I had my money on Mike Mottau getting the job but he just signed a two year deal with the Florida Panthers. I'm sure the staff will still hire someone as pretty much every team in Hockey East has four coaches.
