Wood/Matheson/Hanifin updates

Pretty slow week in BC Hockey world. One game this weekend vs Notre Dame (Saturday 4 PM). Here are a few quick notes on recruits, injuries, all that fun stuff.

After his Nobles squad fell to Exeter this evening in the New England Prep School playoffs, Miles Wood is expected to make a decision rather soon on his next school. Over the Boards.net ranked him the #1 uncommitted prospect in the country this afternoon. I'll say it again, the kid is the most dominant player I've seen in the ISL. Ever.

Noah Hanifin's arrival next season is pretty much in the books. He will take summer classes at West Roxbury High School in order to prepare for BC.

Mike Matheson will return this weekend. He missed last week's games due to an upper body injury.

The game vs Notre Dame is huge but the #1 priority right now is somehow finding a way to get Miles Wood to Chestnut Hill as soon as possible. His family advisor is a BU hockey grad so I think we might be fighting an uphill fight but his former classmate Colin White is coming to BC in two years. Anyways, we shall see what happens.

Go Eagles.
