According to multiple sources, Notre Dame will offically announce on Wednesday that it will join Hockey East. One of the main reason hey will join is because the newly formed NCHC announced that it will stay at the eight current teams that it has. Another reason is that Notre Dame wants a large TV contract. It is not known if they will get that wish.
